Refund Policy

Eligible refunds

• Unopened, unused products returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect (please tell us within 48 hours).
• Orders cancelled before dispatch.

Non-refundable items

Opened skincare products or products with a broken seal cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna or MB WAY) within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.

Shipping costs

Original delivery costs are refunded when the whole order is returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
