14-day right of withdrawal

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.

Hygiene exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

• Contact us with your order number.
• We'll send you the return address and instructions.
• Ship the product back with a trackable service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded for full-order returns; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund the item at no cost.
