Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times & costs

• Portugal (mainland): 2–4 business days — €3.90, free over €40.
• Europe (EU): 4–8 business days — €7.90, free over €60.
• Rest of the world: 7–15 business days — calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel in real time. If it hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
